1. What do I need to bring to your All Core Health Yoga Class:
You will need yoga pants or sports pants, yoga shirt or long sleeve sports apparel, a yoga matt (If you don’t have one you can rent one for $5) and perhaps a change of clothes (Depending on how much you sweat)
2. What should I expect from yoga?
Be prepared to have fun. Its about getting back to Doing the Things You Love at Any Age. It is about movement and breathe. If you don’t get the poses the first time don’t worry about it.
3. What is the temperature of the Studio?
All Core Health yoga is done in a room temperature (72-74 degree) environment
4. What if I have never done yoga before?
Awesome! That's okay with us. Small group classes cater to everyone and with private and semi-private sessions for beginners and intermediate clients it doesn't matter if you haven't done yoga or your a pro as modifications are shown for all levels.

When purchasing a private or semi-private classes you will receive a(n):
You will receive a postural scan and a follow up to help identify, quantify and measure your improvement in your health. A postural scan is a representation of your general overall physical health.
You are also welcome to fill out a mood, depression and anxiety questionnaire if you struggle with mental health. This does not need to be shared with anyone, but can give you clarity on your mood and provide you with a baseline moving forward.
